Player Protection and Responsible Gaming
In addition to economic and healthcare contributions, PAGCOR emphasized its commitment to player protection and mental well-being. Dr. Saraza highlighted the agency’s recent partnership with the Seagulls Flock Organization to establish a 24/7 National Problem Gambling Helpline. This helpline provides confidential counseling and professional referrals for individuals experiencing problem gambling, reflecting PAGCOR’s efforts to maintain safeguards within the regulated gaming sector.
